Provides operational support on training, project and risk management and other HQ driven initiatives as well as surge additional capacity to the Fields in case of emergencies, crisis or other pressuring operational realities that require additional security and risk management resources that are not readily available in a given location. Furthermore, s/he contributes to build capacity among staff to retain the capacity to effectively deliver services whilst managing contextual, programmatic and contextual risk. The Senior Operations and Training Officer is responsible for the development of a professional risk framework and its implementation.
