Diploma in Close Protection (essential).Continually train and evaluate the Emergency Response Plan for CV and provide recommendations for improvements as the treat dictates.
· Provide the C3 hub for all matters security within CV and be an integral part of the Village’s management team but he/she will also, as a HNW-provided shared asset, undertake an equal amount of services/work for the HNW Country Management team (this could include mobile security missions in Mogadishu city, a percentage amount of management oversight and training on other HNW programmes) without interference to CV operations, as mutually agreed by both parties.
· Specifically, the CVSM is to be the direct point of contact for the CV General Manager for all security matters; he must be adept at client management and appreciate the nature of the hospitality business, which is the core of CV’s raison d’etre. Attend client meetings as required.
· Keep HNW’s Country Operations Support Manager and the CV GM informed of any matter of significance and provide both with a daily report by 18:00hrs.
· Manage CV access control ingress/egress figures; these are to be submitted daily for the previous 24-hour period and record traffic, as per template provided by CV.
