Security Manager and Operations Support – Somalia

      Ensuring the smooth and effective operational running of the PSD.
·       Maintain operational oversight and control of all checks and planning requirements pertaining to quality and auditing.
·       Maintain responsibility for the delivery of all monthly training requirements and the subsequent upkeep of training records for the team. Liaise with Operations Support Manager for guidance on policy and delivery requirements.
·       Ensure all team equipment, weapons and vehicles are clean, serviceable, and complete always.
·       Always remain client focussed and professional.
·       Keep team fully briefed on all matters operational and logistical while also being aware of team welfare and personal matters.
·       Remain fully aware and conversant in all procedures inclusive of Client company Procedures, contractual and company requirements and ensure dissemination to the team.
·       Produce clear written Reports when required.
·       Ensure the professional team liaison with client POC and Operation rooms.
