Conduct a security risk assessment and identify mitigation measures for identified risks during the first two weeks of deployment.
Follow up on security recommendations and risk management action plan to ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
Evaluate, review and update Project HOPE Ukraine security management plan, journey management, emergency action plan, travel briefings, annexes, and contingency plans to reflect the current operational contexts and conduct briefings to regional Country teams.
Work with the Country Director and Security Manager to supervise implementation of security protocols by country teams in all operation regions.
Define and implement Project HOPE security risk management system to collect and analyze security and political context information and support Field / area Coordinators for their context follow up and analysis and alert on changes to the context and establish likely forthcoming scenarios.
The consultant shares analysis with Country Director, Ukraine Security Manager, Global Security Department teams and Regional Director at HQ.
