Overview
Ensure that all staff are adhering to security SOPs and SC Security Policy. Report all violations to the regional security director along with recommendations/ proposed administrative actions.
Provide Site security assessment as per the SCI site security checklist for staff residences before contracts can be signed by SCI.
Provide briefings/ Induction to visitors/ new staff.
Update phone trees and SSMP, IMPs for RO MENAEE/
Assist the RSD to conduct Security Risk Assessments as appropriate and facilities are maintained in line with set Safety and Security standards in RO.
Supervise Security Guards at RO Office and ensure serviceability of the safety and security equipment.
Track all visitors coming in and going out of Amman, Jordan. Coordinate with admin and other units of RO Amman to ensure that all travellers coming to Amman RO receive PDI in a timely manner.
