Overview
Responsibilities
· Conduct Risk assessment and threat analysis
· Planning work schedules for the security guards ensuring that they work in accordance with client requirements
· Inspects the scope of work detailed by the client prior to starting any job and recommend the best security equipment
· Conducts daily and weekly inspections on site to monitor security guards
· Assess and advise management and implement security training needs so as to ensure that the teams meet their objectives and set targets
· Train the drivers and operators on-the-job in equipment operation, daily inspections , fuel control and necessary paperwork.
· Managing all complaints and ensuring that there are resolved
· Report to Management of personnel and work-flow issues challenges
· Complete all appropriate paperwork and submits to designated administrators
· Promote health and safety awareness
· Liaison with law enforcement authorities
